My mantra for today: I am cultivating a beautiful life and I am protecting myself too.
My trauma was lodged in my body. Through my yoga practice, through receiving reiki every month for at least 2 years and through my friend’s acupuncture needle that released stagnant anxiety was I able to move past the pain that my mind wanted to forget but my body wouldn’t let me. I got help and reached out to people. Oh and of course my amazing therapist too- a must for healing and processing. Mantra for today: I am cultivating a beautiful life and I am protecting myself too.
